February and March
Monday:
Today we’re going on a donkey hike through the Black Forest! In the evening you can shake a leg and enjoy a delicious meat fondue.
Tuesday:
Why does Black Forest ham taste so good? Mr. Pfau explains it to us today. We watch the ham being smoked.
Wednesday:
We visit the “Silbergründle” ore mine in Seebach. Be curious to see what we will find in the depths! Dance music in the evening with a delicious winter menu.
Thursday:
Have you ever made an animal out of hay yourself? We drive to the Beilharz family farm. In the evening there is a long sauna night with atmospheric lighting.
Friday:
Today we and the DRK would like to do a “first aid course” with you.
Saturday:
We’ll go for a nice winter hike, there’s sure to be something warm and tasty to drink along the way! In the evening you can shake a leg and enjoy a delicious 6-course menu.
Sunday:
It is always impressive to see what can be made from wood and we visit an inlay workshop.
