Thursday:
Today we are visiting the Experimenta adventure museum in Freudenstadt – discover, marvel and try things out!
Friday:
After breakfast, we set off for a wine tasting in the cellar of the “Hex von Dasenstein” – an unforgettable moment of pleasure.
Saturday:
After a final breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye, or you can simply extend your stay and enjoy a few more relaxing days!

Snowflake and snowdrop season
February and March
Monday:
Today we go on a leisurely alpaca hike. In the evening we warm up again with a delicious meat fondue – with dancing and music, of course!
Tuesday:
Today we are going to Baden-Baden, to the famous casino followed by a stroll through the town. Back at the hotel, we round off the day after dinner with our long sauna night until 11.00 pm.
Wednesday:
A visit to the chimney sweep museum in Villingendorf: discover over 100 years of craft history… A delicious winter menu awaits you in the evening, and you can also dance the night away!
Thursday:
At the Beilharz family farm, we learn how to make animals from hay – a special experience!
Friday:
After a sumptuous breakfast buffet, you will set off on a trip to the Ruhestein National Park Center – here you will experience exciting insights into the nature of the Black Forest.
Saturday:
We’ll go for a nice winter hike, there’s sure to be something warm and tasty to drink along the way! In the evening you can shake a leg and enjoy a delicious 6-course menu.
Sunday:
It is always impressive to see what can be made from wood, we visit the Möhrle inlay workshop.

Our hiking guide Karle has once again put together some wonderful new tours for you for 2026 – you’re in for a surprise.
We don’t want to give too much away just yet – but of course we’ll give you a little foretaste:
In Pfalzgrafenweiler we discover the Four Castles Trail, in Alpirsbach we embark on a “legendary” hike, in Ottenhöfen the Mill Trail awaits, and up on the Kniebis we explore the Local History and Wildlife Trail.
Look forward to eventful days full of exercise, nature and sociable moments – true to the motto:

Monday:
Today we visit the mystical Mummelsee and enjoy the fantastic view from the Hornisgrinde. In the evening you can shake a leg and look forward to a delicious spring menu.
Tuesday:
At the Pfau smokehouse, we are shown today how the original Black Forest ham is made – from preparation to smoking.
Wednesday:
After breakfast we drive to the Alpirsbacher Klosterbräu brewery. In the evening, we enjoy a delicious menu – and end the day with dancing and music.
Thursday:
Today we visit the Kammerer family’s fruit farm with around 25,000 fruit trees. Of course we also get to try one of their homemade liqueurs!
Friday:
The Alternative Wolf and Bear Park Black Forest offers bears, wolves and lynxes a safe home on ten hectares.
Saturday:
Today we hike to the legendary Teufelsmühle and enjoy a delicious 6-course menu in the evening.
Sunday:
After a hearty Sunday breakfast, we go on a leisurely hike around Obertal, where a small aperitif awaits us in the forest!

Pentecost greetings from the Black Forest
May 22 – 25
Friday:
Arrival in the course of the day. In the evening, our kitchen team will spoil you with delicacies from the hot and cold barbecue buffet. As a special highlight, we welcome Mrs. and Mr. Hoffmann, world champions in standard dancing – they will give us a little dance lesson and create a lively atmosphere!
Saturday:
After breakfast, we set off on a walk to the giant swing. A small aperitif awaits us there for refreshments. In the afternoon, we make Pentecost wreaths together – as pretty door decorations or cheerful table decorations. We will then round off the evening with a 6-course menu, music and dancing!
Sunday:
Today we visit the world’s largest cuckoo clock in the Eble Clock Park – the cuckoo alone measures an impressive 4.50 meters! In the evening you can look forward to a lovingly prepared Black Forest buffet!

Thursday:
Let the “World
of crystals” in Dietingen. Huge crystals, sparkling minerals and fascinating fossils are waiting to be discovered.
Friday:
Camels in the Black Forest? Yes, they really do exist! As proof, we visit the Lindenhof camel and ostrich farm today – an unforgettable experience!
Saturday:
Villingen with its beautiful old town and many small stores is always worth a visit! After an interesting city tour, you will have time for a relaxed stroll through the alleyways.
In the evening we round off the day with a festive 6-course menu, music and dancing.
Sunday:
At the end, we take a leisurely hike with a prayer in the forest. After a small aperitif, we return to the hotel together – full of wonderful memories and fresh Black Forest air

Wednesday:
Get creative today! Together we make “light magic in a glass”, atmospheric autumn lanterns from natural materials, and everyone can take their lantern home with them as a souvenir. A delicious game menu awaits you in the evening – and of course there will be dancing again!
Thursday:
Today it’s time for a fun-filled wine tasting in the witches’ cellar of the “Hex vom Dasenstein” wine cellar.
Friday:
We take a walk along the Rhine in the “Garden of Two Banks” in Kehl. Enjoy the view over the Rhine as far as Strasbourg from the 44-meter-high silver fir tower!
Saturday:
Look forward to a wonderful hike through the Buhlbach valley. On the way we await you with a little refreshment and an aperitif. In the evening we round off the week with a 6-course menu, traditional music and dancing!
Sunday:
On the wood trail in Baiersbronn, 21 stations on the subject of wood and forests invite visitors to try out and experiment.

Saturday:
Get creative today! Together we carve or paint pumpkins, make little ghost lights and decorate the hotel for the big Halloween evening. The finished works of art are then exhibited in the hotel – and then it’s time to see who has the best pumpkin: Who has the most beautiful pumpkin? All guests can vote and the winner will receive a little surprise! Meanwhile, our kitchen team prepares a festive 6-course menu. And when everyone dresses up in spooky costumes or scary make-up, it’s guaranteed to be an evening to remember! And of course there is dancing until the witches swing their brooms!
