April – May
Monday:
Today we visit the mystical Mummelsee and enjoy the fantastic view from the Hornisgrinde. In the evening you can shake a leg and look forward to a delicious spring menu.
Tuesday:
At the Pfau smokehouse, we are shown today how the original Black Forest ham is made – from preparation to smoking.
Wednesday:
After breakfast we drive to the Alpirsbacher Klosterbräu brewery. In the evening, we enjoy a delicious menu – and end the day with dancing and music.
Thursday:
Today we visit the Kammerer family’s fruit farm with around 25,000 fruit trees. Of course we also get to try one of their homemade liqueurs!
Friday:
The Alternative Wolf and Bear Park Black Forest offers bears, wolves and lynxes a safe home on ten hectares.
Saturday:
Today we hike to the legendary Teufelsmühle and enjoy a delicious 6-course menu in the evening.
Sunday:
After a hearty Sunday breakfast, we go on a leisurely hike around Obertal, where a small aperitif awaits us in the forest!
